    • "Really wish I never stepped foot inside Lexus of Queens. Most Horrible time since buying another new car. I basically sold myself towards my hybrid purchase. My dealer needs to be retained on products sold and things that aren't available. Service department was really bad before I needed service on my brand new car?. Only Chris the service manager was trying to make (me) his customers happy and really it's not his fault.The bottom line is that Lexus is correct on any matter nevertheless on facts from any customer. Most likely you are wrong."
