  • "These cars would benefit greatly from a turbo motor. Fuel economy and hp is lackluster. I average in the 15s with a good mix of highway and street which is sad. I truly do not want to drive extremely slow everywhere I go just to get an extra 1.5mpg out of the car. Pure highway driving the fuel economy seems slightly better than advertised, but I am rarely on the highway enough to make up for the awful city. Overall the car's quality and features exceeded what I expected from the car which is very nice."

  • "When we picked up the vehicle - the lights in the passenger side rear door were inoperative. Rather than drive all the way to San Diego to have it looked at - I removed the door panel. Much to my surprise - the entire wiring harness for that door was disconnected - it was just hanging inside the door. What a joke! Doesn't anyone check these things at the factory ?Also - this gets HORRIBLE gas mileage. Tons of power but very poor fuel economy. There is big lack of cubbies in the vehicle - in fact - there are none. So where do you put your cell phone? I ended up purchasing a phone holder that goes into the AC vents to hold the phone for hands-free mode. There should be a better design in the front console/dash to accomodate storage/holding of items such as cell phones, etc.Other than that, we do like the vehicle."
