  • "The CRZ is the most uncomfortable car I've ever owned. The seat is is not comfortable, hard and is designed in a hard right angle. The head rest pushes your head forward as you drive and causes a stiff neck. It's not for anyone who is large or who's height is greater than five feet. It's hard to get in and out of and you need a large amount of space in order to get out of the vehicle. Getting in you have to be very careful otherwise you'll wrench your head getting in. It's too low to the road and you feel every pothole and divot. Lack of back seats is a useless space.I tried to exchange it due to the effects on my spine, numbness and continuous pain in back. I was told I had to carry any negative equity over onto the new loan. I quickly discovered that the car lost over $12,000 in the three months I drove it off the lot.I will exchange this car as soon as possible and will likely not repurchase a Honda, despite the fact that I've owned three prior Honda's."

  • "The honda cr-z is a great little car. It gets great gas mileage, it is fun to drive, and for a hybrid it will surprise you with its performance. For a 1.5L naturally aspirated I-4 it has some serious get-up-and-go. It does not wobble and shake at high speeds, and corners flat and level. Tends to under steer a bit at low speeds but slides around quite well at the higher speeds. Interior is nice, seats are comfortable for a couple hours at a time but if you drive all day a huge lack of lower back support becomes evident. The controls are well laid out and accessible to the driver, and the gear lever (6-speed only) has a smooth mechanical feel and makes a satisfying clunk every time you select a gear. The clutch is smooth and easy to press as well. Cargo space is no issue in this car but passenger space is limited to 2 people. All in all, if you are looking for a fun little get-about kind of car this could be the one for you. If, however, you want something to build into a track day car, I would recommend the civic si instead. The horsepower is just too limited in the cr-z for serious racing."

Car Brakes: How Do You Know When to Change Them?

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
