"This is our fourth Honda. We own a CRV and Pilot now, and in the past an Accord. My husband is our homemaker and drives our CRV daily with the kids and I drove our Pilot to and from work. The cost of gas on the Pilot was too much, but we kept it because its our "family van". Switching cars wasnt an option because hubby drives more miles than I do daily. I drove a few SUVs and sedans from Nissan and Honda, but fuel efficiency and technology were my two non-negotiable. We finally settled on the civic 4 door, black exterior, tan interior. However, when we went to get the vehicle, the coupe was right next to it. Its exterior design was so attractive and the exterior/interior colors were the same as the 4-door, but without the front sensor/brake system and lane assist. My husband was great- he told me to get the model I wanted, whichever one I'd be most happy driving..... so I did! We are a family of five, so its challenging to get in and out, but we didnt buy it for a family car.- we have our pilot. The seatbelt is a little odd, its not at the right angle and seems to sit too high on my chest- higher than normal, There isn't a way to adjust it either. Little things like the molding on one of the windows was not fitting properly, the gap between the bottom of the door and frame can capture water. The iPhone app at times doesn't play (need to unplug/plug back in), but making phone calls in the iphone app is better than the honda app, its much much clearer. I constantly get complements and the look of surprise when i tell them its a Honda civic and moreso when I tell them the price I paid, which was a-mazing....affordable price for a family with a single income. LOVING my car overall, would have given it a 5 star but the seatbelt fitting properly is a big deal to me."
