"For a new car I would think all of the exterior sheet metal gaps would be spot on, however, the gaps from my hood the the fenders is less than stellar. The inner quarter panel liners look like they ripped on the cut lines, rather than using a straight edge to cut. The stitching on the front seats is discolored. There are horrible rattles from both doors and A pillars. Do you all have a quality control department? Do you ever I tend to do anything to remedy these problems or just give the singular "could not replicate the problem?""
