"I had some automotive work done by a German Automotive Specialist Shop and they recommended I have the right front axle replaced and 4 control arms on both sides . I became suspicious because one side of upper control arms had been replaced approximately one year earlier. I brought my vehicle into FORZA and asked Paul to check these components. He immediately looked over these parts and determined the control arms were in fine condition. The right axle was replaced in less than 2 hours at a 16% savings. Furthermore, Paul's honesty saved me an additional $848 in unnecessary replacement of 4 control arms."
