    "Recently bought 2018 Jeep Cherokee and they did me right. The finance person (Donnie) was very knowledgeable and did all he could to help us with the interest rate and getting the payment to where we wanted it.. He explained options and we went from there. Also the car rides good. They had it detailed, so that when we drove off the lot the car was clean and we were driving in style. In addition the sales agent was very helpful, answering all the questions that we had. We bought from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Truck at 8214 E. Independence Blvd Charlotte, NC 28227...."

    • "The transmission is lacking and unresponsive. I don't think the 9 speeds add anything, and when I step on the pedal, I don't feel like it will pick the correct gear. Also - even the manual mode is frustrating. It's like the selected gear is a recommendation, not like I'm picking it. I makes me not want to drive the vehicle."
