  • "Buicks from this era all look very similar. Often, to tell one model from another, you have to read the badges. "Ah, that's a Century!" The cars are just about a solid middle of the road vehicle. The acceleration from the 3100 engine is adequate. Fuel efficiency is adequate. Steering is very soft and forgiving, not much "connection to the road". The car takes corners adequately. The front grill is a lovely shiny chrome. The seats, oh, the seats. Just so comfortable! The car I own has the "Concert Series II" audio system, which is, oh, what's the word I'm looking for? Adequate. The controls for the air/heater and radio are simple and functional. Having cruise control on the turn signal stick is not great, but, you get the hang of it. The feel of the car (Doors, hood, trunk) is solid, and the paint holds up well. Overall, a good daily driver, and a car that would be useful to young college people. And, there are parts aplenty, and the cost to buy these is low."
