i own 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with 5,000 miles on my dealer is telling me i need a differential sevice now. And it will cost me $200.00 is this right??

At what mileage should I replace the shocks?
My 2011 JK has 62000 miles and I assume I should replace the shocks, but the JEEP maintenance schedule does not indicate ever replacing them.

noise when going over a speed bump
I have only 250 mi. and already have a noise when going over a speed bump from the B pillar area. I have read there is a promblem with this on many wranglers. can it be fixed?

why change differential synthetic oil at 18000 miles?
Dealer said it was black.
I thought synthetic oil was superior
Why recommend change at such a short amount oft time???
