  • "My last car with a manual transmission was funner to drive, the recaro type seats were also more comfortable and made me feel like I was more connected to the car. The automatic transmission and electronic steering as well as the different driving modes make me feel like I am not connected to the car. I only drive in sport mode but if any of the safety features kick on like the low tire indicator or if I turn off the stability control, it kicks the car into COMFORT mode that makes the car boring. BMW really skimped on the stereo for this $40,000+ car. The car is very nice, but I don't love it like I did my old 2007 335xi."

  • "Overall, I love the car. One BIG annoyance is the supposed fuel saving device that shuts off the ignition when idling. I HATE that and it seems dangerous in the middle of a busy intersection. It's an asinine, over-the-top tech feature. Had I known how annoying and potentially dangerous it was, we would not have bought the car."
