Question: Why is my 2006 Chevy Uplander sometimes unresponsive on the highway when I press on the gas?

My 2006 Chevy Uplander is sometimes unresponsive when I press on the gas at highway speeds. It doesn't do it the entire ride, but does do it briefly every time we are on the highway. I have cleaned the Mass Airflow Sensor and Throttle Body and did notice a short lived improvement after the Throttle Body was cleaned, but then it returned after about 20 miles. I thought that maybe the fuel pump was going, but I'm not sure. The fuel filter and pump are located inside the gas tank on top of it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what my problem might be?
