Question: What's your opinion

The list below is all the symptoms so far of my truck. It's been going on for about 2 months. So far we tried my Cadillac converter by cutting it to breathe it out and clean it. Didn't help much. Just gave it a rat rod sound.
Replaced distributor and cap (both parts are used, undamaged of course) didn't help.

At this point we are thinking it's the spider injection.

What do you guys think??

Difficulty accelerating (doesn't accelerate like it's suppose to. It takes a second to get into gesr)
Difficulty turning over(will turn over only when you feather the pedal, if you don't it will die)
Gas/sulfer smell
Stalling
Rough idle
Shakes/ shutters
Back fire
White smoke from time to time
Won't turn over without feathering gas peddle and have to leave foot slightly on gas to keep truck running for a few seconds
Shutters/vibrates during acceleration in 3rd gear
Cruise control kicks out from time to time or dosnt work at all
