Question: What to check out next
I replaced the battery, starter, and solenoid. Checked all fuses and relays. Checked the safety switch on the transmission shifter. I am getting power everywhere except to the solenoid when I try to start it.

Check ur fuse labeled START again even if looks good replace just to see
