Question: what all do i need to replace on my rear passenger brakes?
After about a week of frustration trying to figure out what was causing the horrible noise on my front passenger brakes, I discovered the noise was actually coming from the rear brake. By this time, its ground down to the metal. And fluid is leaking from the caliper I think, ugh! My oh so friendly neighbor man (thinking he was getting brownie points) changed my front pads that I was complaining about. And didn't mention till the next day the pads he took off were still in good shape. Obviously trying to do the least amount of work possible. He still had the other set of pads for the front he didn't do. I appreciate anyone helping me. Especially being a single mom. But if you are helping for the wrong reasons and half assing it just to be done, please don't help at all. Point being, after seeing the front were good and wasting my money on the pads. I guess he didn't worry about finding the actual issue. Anyway I'm needing to get an idea of what all I have to replace now that it has caused a leak that appears to be coming from the caliper. Sorry so long. Thanks in advance!
