Question: Transmission "shake" going into 2nd gear

My automatic transmission shakes slightly going into 2nd gear when I'm accelerating and going uphill. Any ideas what that might be? The transmission shouldn't be bad at 100k miles, right? I rarely "punch" the gas to speed up. I like my baby to gather speed gradually so as not to damage things like the trannie. Should I have the transmission fluid changed, perhaps?
