When taking my car in for inspection the dealer recommended that I have transmission fluid flushed. This was based on age of the car not the 54000 mileage. I only put on about 5000 miles a year based on local driving. No heavy pulling or dirt roads. I have no problems currently. I refused. Any thought or recommendations. I heard that people that changed or flushed the fluid had problems afterwards.
