Question: Tires chirping due to brakes?

I was driving around the other when the front to rear brake line burst. I replaced that along the flex tube to the rear driver side tire and the wheel cylinder to that same wheel. It brakes now yet when I now drive both back tires wil chirp now. I don't know what it is and I only have guesses. It could be bad springs or fluid got on pads but didn't even tale of the other tire and both sides are doing it so any help would be grateful.
