Question: Starter and spark plug problem.

1st thing in the morning, when I crank start the engine seems spark does not spark and stat up. Have to turn key to start a few times for it to start the engine. Once it get going, the rest of the day seem to be OK. I late for work a couple time already.
Do I need a new spark plug, started ?
My garage charge $140, just to diagnose.
