Question: Remote openers security system suddenly will not open new battery from two weeks ago, any of locks

Unable to get into my t and country Chrysler, anyway, suddenly out of the blue, works well, one time then approx one hour later van garage keep 24/7 365 in Pittsburgh pa, well kept cond only 21,000.00 miles, any ideas before I take this van in what I could be dealing with findly got in must keep pass anger window half way down so that I can reach in to unlock van all power buttons work except, the drivers lock ,, button!!! All other drivers side master buttons work as new! Passenger buttons all work same as both sliding doors and internal button to close remote auto open rear door , allblack above head buttons also work! An thoughts or suggests!
