Question: Putnam Lexus suggest throttle body claening service

Putnam Lexus are suggesting throttle body cleaning service on my wife's HS250h as they reckon it's pretty dark!!, It's done 36000miles. I've told her to ignore it as it should be fine...she won't listen to me...can you reassure please?
