Question: Over heats every 6 weeks +/-

Last 2+ years. 1st Certified Mech replaced Thermo & hoses. I returned 4 x's w/ same Over Heating-auto put on Mechanical & would not run hot. So i finally told them they were not serious about finding problem. Was referred to #2 Mech who replaced water pump and belts. ran hot, I returned, Mech could not find problem to repair. Car ran hot again- I carry 2 gallons of water for emergency over heating. I researched & am prepared for cracked heats. Moisture issue is new info as well. Any suggestions? Why does the Freelander have 61/2 hour for water pump re-placement and the Range Rover & Discovery allow 1.5 hour water pump labor? Thanks.
