Question: My turn signals are out just the turn signals
where is the fuse located for the turn signals

Most likely it would have helped if you had mentioned your model & year. I doubt they are all in exactly the same location for all models and years. Generally they are labeled inside the fuse box which could be under the dash or inside the engine compartment and fuse boxes are almost always black and square or rectangular.
