Question: My car is overheating

I have replaced a bad radiator, thermosat, and hoses. the coolant levels are all where they are supposed to be. when i got the car my mom borrowed it and filled the radiator with cold coolant when it was overheating and i ran a block sealer through the engine just in case because after that the coolant was leaking but now it will get up to the red but when i stop and look under the hood the engine is just warm not overheated (i can place my hand on the top of the engine without discomfort)
