Question: My car dash like stuck in neutral shifter moves but gear doesnt change

Had my spark plugs changed. Took the serpentine and ac belt on and off but it didnt need changing. My ac isnt blowing air but the hose is ice cold took my glove box off. Put it back on. My cd player also stopped working. Im leaving after my cars put back together. Put it in reverse. And then when i put it in drive my wheels are spinning in neutral shifter is in drive. Disconnect the battery and reconnect. Then ended up moving the gear by hand from park reverse and drive. Now i move my shifter park from drive and it goes into 3rd and just bounces back from D to 3 regardless of where the shifter moves to. I hear a clicking in the dash when i move the shifter from park to reverse and back again.

Im not sure if theres a fuse that is shorting i checked all my fuses and they are all good. I changed my cabin filter and after that my ac would kick on if i hit a speed bump hard on the right tire. Then it just stopped all together. Shortly after my cd player starts throwing me an error 22. We took off the glove box again tonigjt and now the shifter isnt in sync with the actual gear it is in. Seems like maybe somethinh isnt connecting in my center console/dash. Im stumped.
