Question: MAF code is reading but car wont click over

Needs a new MAF sensor
Needs a new crankshaft sensor
Needs a new starter/ starter is locked
I cant tell which of the three is the reason my car wont turn on today. Keep in mind im a 24 year old retail worker. I cant afford making modifications or replacements if it is not crucial. I had the diagnostics ran twice and the code for the MAF showed both times. but many very educated machanics that i have confided in are confused by the mixture of symtoms including:
-Resistance behind the pedal or heavy chugging and surging rpms when speeding up taking off from a dead stop
-When i turn on my car in the morning the cars rpms will surge when in park or when coming off the brake in drive. If i dont shift into drive within 3 minutes my car will stall and turn off.
-After 25 miles of driving when idling at stop lights, stop signs, or after hard braking the car will surge and lurch forward OR stall out and turn off. This also occurs unfrequently when in reverse.
-As of recently after 30 miles my car will stall out while breaking into park. I have to put the car in neutral until im stopped completely then park, turn off the key and then retarts with ease after the stalling but will gurgle/chug a few times before the starter turns over.
-Also my power steering will turn off when the car dies making it extremely hard to stop safely.

Last night my steering wheel and gas had much more resistance than usual. When i turned the key today it wont turn over. The starter clicks maybe 1 or twice if at all but the clicking is very light and hard to hear from behind the wheel.

Please help!

Car Brakes: How Do You Know When to Change Them?

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
