Question: Is there a TSB for Right & Left Dipping headlight indicator consistently coming on?

my right & left headlights consistently turns off causing the dashboard indicator to show "dipping head lights". This occurs while driving and stationary. The only way to correct is by turning off and then on the light switch. As u can imagine this is a dangerous situation while driving. How do I get Audi to address this for me?
