It depends on your climate. If you drive in a moderate climate, 2/3 of your radiator filled with anti-freeze and 1/3 with water is pretty safe. If you live in an extreme environment, year round heat or cold, you are probably better off sticking to mostly anti-freeze and only mixing in a little bit of water. Typically radiators take about two gallons.
