AVALON 13, 43,00O MILES. LOCAL DEALERSHIP RECOMMENDED 300.00 TUNEUP AND FUEL INJECTOR CLEANING. SECOND OPINION LAUGHED IT OFF AND SOLD ME 5.00 FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER TO ADD TO FULL GAS TANK.WHO IS CORRECT?

My car keeps on not turning all the way over when I press the gas it won't start I just put gas in it so it's no longer empty
