Question: fix column shifter in 2008 nissan titan
I spilled grape kool aid in column shifter, its screwed how do i take it apart to clean it off so it will quit getting stuck. thanks

Did you try spraying an uphulstery cleaner into where you spilled the kool aid ? Something like Armor All® Oxi Magic Cleaner that is safe for vinyl and plastic....
Then maybe spray a little armor all in there to make it slippery...
might work !

We have been having an issue with the column shifter not wanting to shift from park to any other poition. We had to take of the cover and manually push the little piece out of the way to get it to shift. Is there any way to correct this without having to spend 600.00 for a little spring and the work?
