Question: CD player stopped working, no power, after going over a bump

I have a 2000 Toyota Echo and I went over a bump and the factory CD player just died...no power, will not turn on. I checke dthe fuse box and found no blown fuses but I don't know how to remove the CD player without damaging the car. Any suggestions?
