Question: Air tool - Wrench Rental

I was trying to do DIY - for my car but some of the nuts and bolts are too struck that I cannot remove them by hand wrench.

Will be grateful if someone can point me to any rental agency where I can rent a Air tool for a day.
I am in Pleasant Grove Utah.
