Question: 2008 Highlander ABS problem

My 2008 Hylander is making an air sound when I brake and a message popped up that said the brakes are failing and to get to a dealer right away.

I took it to my local Tires Plus. They said the brakes were in good shape, their electronic diagnostics couldn't find the problem and this is possibly an ABS problem then referred me to the dealer.

I hate the dealers because they are so expensive. Does anyone know how much it will cost to repair ABS on this car?
