Question: 2004 Jag x Type 3.0 (Doesn't like Rain)
Only when driving in the rain, the gearbox light comes on then the check engine and the car does not want to move, have had it to several mechanics and they check codes and are not equipped to understand/read certain codes, I have been told by one of the mechanics who has been repairing foreign cars for years that if he knew what it was he could repair it,the nearest Jag dealership is over 2 hours away and the last time we had it towed there it cost us over $300 so if I new what to tell the local mechanics what the problem may be they may be able to fix it also I have found online a lot of other Jags like mine with the same problem can you help?
