Question: Why is the seal in my oil pump shooting out and spilling oil everywhere when i start it?

I just had the motor rebuilt and now the seal keeps blowing out in the oil pump

Sounds like the PCV valve may be plugged. It it plugs up, pressure builds up in the crankcase. The usual end result is seal blow out and leak. The PVC is where I would start looking first.
