Joe went above and beyond when replacing the tires on my BMW. I was replacing a low mileage set of runflat tires, which had a very harsh ride and a vibration the dealer attempted to fix when new.

Joe meticulously ensured that each new tire was installed properly to ensure that my wife and I would not feel any vibration when driving on the highway. All paperwork from the mounting/balancing was handed to me along with a detailed explanation on what to expect with the new tires. If you are looking for a commercial fluid change factory with barely trained wiper salesmen, this is not your place. But should you need a qualified mechanic to effectively troubleshoot and remediate an actual mechanical issue, Joe is your man.

They mostly do commercial work, so booking his time can be tricky sometimes, but is always well worth it.
