Replaced OEM tire that was not repairable. Good price & top line customer service. Goodyear service store told me my antifreeze needed changed but Robert at PLA checked it and said it was in very good shape & didnt need flushed. Thats an honest business !!!

I and my family have been taking our vehicles to Portage Lakes Automotive since they first opened (at least 15 years) at the current location on Manchester Road. My family had also had our vehicles serviced by the owner and his family before him at locations they had previously owned. I will not and never intend on allowing any mechanics other then those at Portage Lakes Automotive service my vehicles.

These are upstanding business owners they are honest tenaches and reasonable. They do not overcharge and they do not follow a practice many other mechanics are known for in other words they do the job right the first time. When you take your vehicle in for repair or upkeep you can rest assured the job will be done correctly and completely the first time and if a problem would arise with their work they will make it right. This business is not in the practice of causing extra problems to suddenly pop up with your vehicle in order to keep you returning to pad their pockets. They care about the safety of their clients and the reputation of their business. I do not believe that a more honest or reputable business of this type can be found in the area. I thank and appreciate them all for keeping me feeling safe on the road
