Poor q/c on an oil change

when i last had an oil change at maitland tire on this car the shroud that covers the oil plan was not replaced properly , resulting in it coming loose and being drug . rather that return it to them I had it repaired at my own cost . My reasoning being if they could not do such a simple thing as ....
