Question: Crew Cab Door; Deep Gouge

Moved my Titan in my parent's backyard, next to my dad's 20' flatbed with short rails. I scrapped across the sharp corner of the rail about 2ft long. It's pretty deep. Don't want to bondo it. Anyone know where I can get a replacement metal sheet for my door that is the same material & thickness as my original door? Probably have to cut out a 2' x 3' section out, weld un a new piece, grind down the welds, apply a THIN coat of bondo, sand, sand & sand and then paint.
I'll try the junkyard, but unless it's damaged (except the portion I need,) I don't expect them to let me cut out a piece & I know buying the entire door will cost me a fortune + a complete new paint job inside & out, unless it's a unicorn situation where it's Blizzard White AND the paint is perfect.

Paintless dent repair will probably require a ton of bondo. It's narrow & deep.

I'll try to take a picture, upload it to Instragram & post the link.

Thanks.
