Question: Car hard to start in sitting in the sun

My car starts up and runs perfectly fine in the morning. But when it's 90 degrees outside, it will turn over for quite awhile before starting. I can give it gas to speed this process up.

Once started, it idles rough for a couple seconds before getting its bearing and runs perfectly fine after that. If I turn it off, it will start back up perfectly fine within like 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes, I have to wait several hours(5 or 6+) or for the sun to go down for it to start up perfectly fine again.

I do not have any symptoms of black or white smoke from exhaust, no smells, never stalled. I have changed the plugs/wires, egr valve, and the fan clutch recently.

I've read that this could be a fuel pump relay?
Also, I am pretty confident that the ignition cylinder and key are not the original. I've also read that the solder on the cylinder can have issues in the heat?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I bought the car late last summer and had the issue, issue went away during the winter and spring, now its back with summer...
